Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Auralabs (“we”, “us”) for the T-Shirt Design & Mockup Maker app (“T-Shirt Design”, “the app”) and this website. By downloading or using the app you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the app. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle data.

1. Who can use the app

• You must be at least 13 years old, or older if your country requires it.
• If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or guardian must agree to these terms and approve any purchase.

2. Your licence

We give you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with these terms and the rules of the App Store or Google Play. You may not copy, resell or redistribute the app, reverse engineer it except where the law allows, scrape or bulk-download its content, try to get around its limits, or interfere with its servers.

3. Your designs and our artwork

• Your designs. You own the text, photos and other material you add, and the designs you make from them. We do not claim any rights to them. Your projects are stored on your device, not with us.
• Our artwork. The ready-made designs, collections, stickers, fonts, mockups and other artwork in the app belong to Auralabs or our licensors. You may use them inside your designs and print or sell shirts and other products made with those designs. You may not sell, share or distribute the artwork on its own (for example as clip art, a sticker pack, a font or a template), claim it as your own work, or register it as a trademark.
• Fonts and third-party art. Some fonts and graphics are licensed from third parties under their own terms. Those terms apply too.
• We may add, change or remove designs, artwork and features at any time.

4. Photos and content you upload

When you add a photo or other material to a design or to an AI sticker, you confirm that:

• you own it or have permission to use it, including any people shown in it, and the right to print it;
• it does not infringe anyone’s copyright, trademark, privacy, publicity or other rights;
• it is not illegal, sexual, hateful, violent, harassing or otherwise objectionable, and does not show a child in an inappropriate way.

You are responsible for what you add to a design and for what you print, sell or share. Do not use the app to copy logos, brand names, characters or artwork you do not have the rights to. We may respond to a valid infringement notice sent to the email at the end of these terms.

5. AI stickers

AI stickers are made by Google’s Gemini models, through our server, from the text you type or the photo you choose.

What you can’t ask for. AI stickers are family-friendly. Do not request or try to make:

• nudity, sexual or suggestive content, or anything sexualising a child;
• violence, gore, weapons aimed at someone, or self-harm;
• drugs, alcohol, tobacco, vaping or gambling;
• hate symbols, extremist content, harassment, profanity or offensive text or gestures;
• real people, including celebrities and public figures, or a photo of someone without their permission;
• brands, logos, trademarks or copyrighted characters;
• anything illegal, or anything meant to get around our filters.

Filters and limits. Requests are checked before they are sent, and every generated sticker is reviewed by an AI model for all-ages content before you see it. A request that breaks these rules is refused. Repeated refusals pause AI stickers for a while, a refused request cannot be repeated straight away, and there is a daily limit on how many stickers one install can make. The filters are automatic and may sometimes refuse something harmless or miss something they should catch.

Reporting. If a generated sticker is inappropriate, offensive or copies someone else’s work, tap Report on it. We review reports and use them to improve our filters, and we may restrict AI stickers for anyone who misuses them. You can also email us.

About AI results. Results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate, unexpected, or similar to stickers made for other people. We do not guarantee that a result is unique, that it will look the way you described, or that it is free of third-party rights. Check a sticker before you print or sell it; you are responsible for how you use it. To the extent the law allows, we claim no ownership of the stickers you generate, and you may use them in your designs under these terms.

6. Premium, subscriptions and AI credits

The app is free to download. Premium removes ads and includes a monthly allowance of AI stickers. The plans, their length, the allowance and the prices are shown in the app before you buy and may differ by country.

• Payment. Purchases are made through your Apple ID or Google Play account and charged to that account at confirmation of purchase.
• Free trials and intro offers. If a plan includes a free trial or intro price, the length and the price after it are shown before you buy. A trial may include a smaller AI sticker allowance. The full subscription price is charged when the trial or intro period ends unless you cancel at least 24 hours before it ends.
• Automatic renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price for the same period unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
• Cancelling. Manage or cancel in your App Store or Google Play account settings, or from Profile → Manage subscription in the app. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. If you cancel, Premium stays active until the end of the period you paid for.
• Monthly AI allowance. The Premium allowance resets on the first day of each calendar month (UTC). Unused stickers from the allowance do not carry over.
• AI credits. Credit packs are one-time, consumable purchases. One credit makes one sticker. The app uses your Premium allowance first, then your credits. Credits do not expire, have no cash value and cannot be transferred, exchanged or sold.
• When a sticker is charged. A sticker is only taken from your allowance or credits when an image is returned to you. If a generate fails, times out or is refused, nothing is used.
• Credits live on this install. Credits are tied to the anonymous ID of the app on the device you bought them on. App stores cannot restore consumable purchases, so credits may be lost if you delete the app, reset your device or move to a new phone.
• Refunds. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We cannot issue refunds for purchases made through the stores. If a credit pack is refunded, its credits are removed from your balance, and if you have already used them your balance may go below zero, which blocks new stickers until it is topped up.
• Price changes. If we change a subscription price, the store will notify you as its rules require, and you can cancel before the new price applies. We may change the AI allowance or the prices of credit packs for future purchases.
• Restoring. Use Restore purchases in the Profile tab, signed in to the same Apple ID or Google account you bought Premium with.

7. Ads

The free version shows ads served by Google AdMob. We are not responsible for the content of third-party ads or the sites they link to. How ad data is handled, and how to limit it, is explained in the Privacy Policy.

8. Printing and exports

Print files are exported as transparent PNG images at the size and resolution shown in the app. Colours on a screen, on a mockup and on a printed shirt can differ, and results depend on your printer or print shop. We are not a print service and are not responsible for orders you place with third parties.

9. Third-party services

The app relies on services from Apple, Google (including Firebase, the Gemini API and AdMob), Cloudflare and RevenueCat. Your use of the App Store or Google Play is also governed by their terms. On iOS, Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement applies together with these terms; if they conflict, these terms apply to the extent the Apple terms allow.

10. Disclaimer

The app is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties of any kind, including that the app or AI stickers will always be available or error-free, or that your projects will never be lost. Keep exported copies of designs that matter to you.

11. Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, Auralabs is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for loss of data, profits or business, arising from your use of the app or of designs and stickers made with it. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the app in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection law that cannot be excluded.

12. Ending your use

You can stop using the app at any time by deleting it. We may suspend or end your access to AI stickers or other online features, without refunding unused credits where the law allows, if you break these terms, for example by repeatedly trying to make content that is not allowed. Sections 3, 4, 5 (About AI results), 10, 11 and 13 continue to apply after that.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute will be handled by the competent courts of Vietnam, unless the consumer protection law of the country where you live gives you the right to bring a claim there.

14. Changes

We may update these terms when the app or the law changes. We will change the date at the top and, for significant changes, tell you in the app. If you keep using the app after a change, the updated terms apply.
